Our History
What started as a passion for off-road adventure has grown into something bigger — and a little dustier.
At Supertest Speedway, we’re proud to be the epicenter of Dirt Track Racing Fort McMurray. Since our founding, we’ve provided thrilling races and created a vibrant motorsport community for racers, families, and fans alike.
Area 63 Motorsports Park has a rich history dating back to the late 1970s, when it was first built by a local racing club. After years of dust and dormancy, the Northern Off Road 4×4 Society took over in 2010 and began a major restoration project — driven by passion, sweat, and a whole lot of volunteer hours.
What started with a love for off-road 4×4 action has grown into Supertest Speedway — a full-blown dirt track experience. Today, we proudly operate as a volunteer-run, not-for-profit racetrack focused on bringing the thrill of racing back to Fort McMurray.
